Change management in air transport. As international civil aviation continues to experience a steady growth, new technolo¬gies are being developed to overcome capacity limits and congestion. In collaboration with airlines and airports he tries to find out managerial capabilities for sustainable competitiveness in the future of air transport. The research focus is how change can be managed as a result of system wide innovations in air traffic management to enable the concept of Single European Sky (SES). An implication of this, is implementing new standards for operations at airports called CDM (collaborative decision making) at major airports in Sweden and in Europe.
Aside from his main research, he is interested in global issues- politics, Economic and Human rights. He is also a participant in Economics and Social council at TEIMUN 2013 (The European International Model United Nations).
